good news...the brownies had a FANTASTIC flavor. nice and chocolaty, not to sweet, with a subtle spice that hits the back of your throat as you finish your bite.
bad news...i didn't love the texture of the brownie. it was kind of grainy or...something.
SO. my solution (i think) is to put the same spices in one of my chocolaty chocolate cookies, which i think i've perfected...and make a spicy chocolate COOKIE instead. hm. maybe tomorrow....
MY solution: fudgier (not a word, but it needs to be) brownies. They had potential. The cookies were awesome though.
